Emergencies, especially big ones like earthquakes, can quickly overwhelm fire fighters and other first responders. Citizen volunteers can use their smart phones, ham radios, and other high speed wireless technologies to help our first responders. This group is a place for people to share their low and no-cost solutions, and also to help volunteers practice using those technologies in the field.
